What you can type
If you use the assistant, it collects what you choose to type: your question, and any details you give about buying, selling, or a property. That can include an address, what you are looking for, a budget, areas, a timeframe, and a short summary of the request.
A name, phone number, and email are optional until you want Jimmy to follow up. You can ask a basic question without them.
Where it goes
Nothing is sent to Jimmy just because you typed it. The assistant tells you that the information will be given to Jimmy Samaha so he can follow up about your real-estate request. A clear yes in the chat sends that lead. The button on the page does the same thing if you would rather tap it.
That lead is meant for Jimmy Samaha at agentjims@gmail.com. It is for follow-up on your real-estate request. It is not used for unrelated marketing. It is not sold. There is no automated text message.
The lead is delivered through the site’s form notification to Jimmy Samaha. If delivery is not configured, the page says so and nothing is emailed.
What is not collected on purpose
The assistant is not a place for Social Security numbers, account numbers, government ID numbers, or passwords. Do not type those. There is no silent form that collects them in the background.
Your IP address may be used in the server’s memory for a simple rate limit (how many messages one network can send in an hour). It is not written into the lead. That memory is per server instance and is not a permanent database.
Analytics, if the site has any, receives event names only, such as that a conversation started or a lead was created. The words of the conversation are not sent to analytics.
Other forms
The home valuation, contact, and buyer forms on this site are separate. They work the way they already did. This page does not replace them.
